AquaFirmeXS is a non-invasive, advanced facial treatment designed to improve skin hydration, elasticity, and overall appearance without the need for invasive procedures. It utilizes proprietary plant-based serums and various technologies to address multiple skin concerns.

Indications and Treatment Applications

Contraindications and Patient Safety

​​

Generally safe for all skin types with no significant contraindications noted, though a consultation may be necessary to address potential ones including:

  • Pregnant or lactating women​

  • Skin cancer, malignant moles, or precancerous lesions

  • Active skin diseases or conditions in the area of treatment

    • Eczema​

    • Psoriasis

    • Dermatitis

    • Acne

    • Sensitive skin

    • Rosacea

    • Herpes simplex

    • Rash

    • Fragile

    • Swollen

    • Burnt or injured skin

  • Acne predisposition: transitory acne eruptions may occur, which should be cared for
    with acne treatment products.

  • Vascular disorders, such as telangiectasia, varicose veins, thrombosis, phlebitis,
    on the area of cosmetic treatment. (Especially for EXO2 cosmetic treatments)

  • Uncontrolled diabetes, nervous system diseases, cardiac disorders or epilepsy.

  • Recent aesthetic procedures, such as mesotherapy, peeling, resurfacing, injections, on the area of cosmetic treatment; allow two weeks for the skin to rest.

  • Use of skin care products based on AHAs, BHA or Retinol.

  • Known allergies to ingredients used within the cosmetic treatments.

  • Contraindications for ULTRA cosmetic treatments:

    • Age younger than 18.​

    • Pacemakers, defibrillators, nerve stimulators, or any in-vivo devices.

    • Metal implants in the treated area.

    • "Filler" injections in the treatment area in the last month.

    • Never use on dry skin.

Potential Side Effects

​

The following potential side effects can occur but typically resolve within hours:

  • Redness or swelling

  • Itchy, irritated skin, minor scratches

  • Visible capilaries

  • Sensitivity to touch

Pre-Treatment Preparation Guidelines

​​

  • Preparation: Typically does not require extensive preparation, though avoiding heavy makeup or harsh skin products before treatment may be recommended. Consultation with a skincare professional is recommended for personalized advice.

Post-Treatment Instructions

  • Post-Treatment Care:

    • Apply any suitable moisturizer.

    • No downtime; resume daily activities immediately.

    • Avoid direct sun exposure for 24 hours - Use of daily sunscreen, minimum SPF 30.

    • Avoiding any activity that causes excessive sweating (sauna, jacuzzi, gym...) for 24 hours following cosmetic treatment.​

    • Monthly treatments may be recommended to maintain optimal results.
